Why does java move the cursor over (To the left) when you type ; sometimes?

Why does java move the cursor over (To the left) when you type ; sometimes?

For some reason when you get to the end of the line, If you've typed
really fast and intelli-sense has popped up It will move the cursor to the
left of the ; That you've just typed



And then when you press enter to go to the next line, It will move the ;
to the next line ....
Is there somewhere in the options of changing it from not doing this? It
seems to me like the default shouldn't do this <_<
